What is your refund and return policy?
Returns & Refunds for Singles
Because card conditions are clearly listed and every card is inspected before shipping, all sales of singles are final. However, we will always make it right if:
- You received the wrong item
- The card arrived damaged during shipping
- The condition is significantly different from what was described
If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Returns for Sealed Products
To maintain product integrity, sealed products cannot be returned once opened.
Unopened sealed items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is still factory sealed
- Packaging is in original condition
- You contact us before sending anything back
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
Order Issues & Missing Items
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue quickly. We may request photos or additional information to verify the problem.
Do you buy collections or singles from customers?
Yes, we love to buy singles and collections. We pay between 60 - 75% market value for singles depending on the desirability of the card. We do a quality inspection of each card we buy to ensure accuracy and fair pricing for the customer and shop.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, currently we are online only but we will be offering digital gift cards that can be used on our website.
Do you price match other stores?
No, we try to ensure market pricing on our own. Also each location will have a unique pricing model they can sell at based on what they paid for the product.
How do I sell my cards to you?
At this time since we are online only we are only buying singles. Any singles you wish to sell we recommend you email us a buylist. We do buy some bulk but that is done so locally or at vendor events.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You may cancel any order that has not been shipped yet. Once it's shipped it must qualify for our "Return and Refund Policy".
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we do not offer international shipping options as it is not cost effective for us or the customer.
Do you offer tracking on all orders?
No, at this time orders $20 and more will receive tracking.
How do you package singles to prevent damage?
We secure all cards in penny sleeves inside top loaders attached to ding protectors to prevent bending. We use PWE for all orders under $20 and bubble mailers for anything over $20 at this time.
How do you grade card condition?
We use the TCGPlayer card condition guide to grade cards. You can see that information here: TCGPlayer - Card Conditioning Standards.
